Acting the Song

Acting the Song focuses on finding clues provided in the music and lyrics of a song to interpret material, then teaches acting techniques and methods for turning that interpretation into an authentic, meaningful, and vital performance. This class can cover a wide range of musical theatre repertoire ranging from classic musicals of the 30’s and 40’s to contemporary musical theatre.
