Performing Arts Classes
PAA offers a wide variety of curriculum based performing arts classes for students ages 3 through adult. Classes operate on an 6-week and 10-week semester schedule and students may enroll at any time during the semester.
There is a Shareformance at the end of the semester. Friends and Family are welcome to atend
Classes address the following areas of study:
- Dance Classes
- Voice Lessons
- Acting Classes
- Technical theatre
Students may take as many classes as fit comfortably in their schedule. Placement in advanced level courses is easy to arrange. Please contact us for instructions.

What you can expect from PAA Performing Arts Classes:
After an Acting class at PAA you child will have received the following:
- A better understanding of vocabulary relating to stage directions, script analysis, and theatre terminology
- An increased sense of confidence on the stage
- An appropriate (based on age and class level) furthering of skills in improv, monologue work, and scenes with partners
- The fundamentals of character development
- Improved memorization, stage presence, and voice projection
After a Singing class at PAA you child will have received the following:
- An understanding of the vocal instrument and how to sing healthily
- Tools for finding better placement and projection
- Basic knowledge of how to read and understand sheet music
- Increased confidence performing on stage
- A better ability to connect with the material and act the song
After an Dancing class at PAA you child will have received the following:
- Increased body awareness
- Knowledge of applicable dance terminology
- Improved memorization skills for learning choreography
- Improved flexibility and strength
- Increased confidence performing on stage
