An entertaining and informative movement program that provides  unique opportunities for adults (50+) to explore and use their talents and creativity while learning exciting new skills. Meet interesting people in a  casual environment that promotes spontaneity and camaraderie.

First Wednesday of the Month

9:00am -10:00am
