Performing Arts Academy PAA is thrilled to offer 6-week classes for students and adults in
order to fit into families’ busy schedules more easily!

Or bring the Broadway fun to your life while improving your dancing skills with Adult Musical
theatre Jazz.

Adult 18+ 6-week Classes

Morning Mat
Mondays 9:30 – 10:25
18+
August 15th- September 19th
Description: Let’s sweat! This class will use bodyweight workouts to strengthen and tone the
body while sweating out your worries and stress! Half of each class will focus on strength and
endurance while half of the class will focus on deep stretching to improve flexibility. A perfect
combination!

Adult Hip Hop
Tuesdays from 7:30-8:25
August 16th- September 27th
Description: There’s no better way to bring a smile to your face at the end of a long day than
dancing! It’s a fact! Come learn the building blocks of Hip Hop dancing and enjoy putting
together basic steps into fun and easy combinations that will leave your heart racing, and your
confidence soaring! This class is a space for individuality, great music, and lots of laughs!

Adult Musical Theatre Jazz
Tuesdays from 7:30-8:25
October 4th – November 8th
Description:  This class will strengthen your basic musical theatre dancing skills while you enjoy
listening to all your favorite songs! Brush up on your dance vocabulary, stay limber, and enjoy
learning new beginner dances to your favorite broadway hits. There is absolutely nothing better
than putting your dance technique into your storytelling and this class has it all! Come learn
dances in a variety of musical theatre styles ranging from Golden Age to present day; The King
and I to Hamilton. You’ll be ready for Broadway in no time!
And because at PAA we are committed to helping your child build character, creativity, and
excellence. We offer these 6-week classes, Broadway Babies and Story Time Ballet while giving
your child fun ways to keep developing their skills and confidence!

Pre K – K 6-week Classes

Broadway Babies
Mondays 9:30-10:25
Pre K – K
August 15th – September 19th

October 3rd – November 7th
Description:  Broadway Babies students will be introduced to acting through games, stories-on-
stage, creative movement and song. Bring your dancing shoes and imagination as you learn the
fundamentals of theatre in this exciting new class.

Storytime Ballet
Thursdays 9:30-10:25
Pre K – K
August 15th – September 19th
Description: Fairy Wings, Wizard wands, Crowns, Magic, this class has it all! Dancers will not
only learn some fun ballet basics, but they will also be brought into the exciting world of
storytelling! Young performers will be told classic fairytale stories, and then with the swish of a
wand, become those characters themselves! This class brings the world of “pretend”; to a whole
new magical level with stories we know and love, dancing, and so much more!
