2026 Gala Auditions
Calling Grades 7th-12th
We are so excited to hold video auditions for PAA’s “Stars in Arts Gala: 20 Years in the Spotlight” performers. You can learn more about the Gala and purchase tickets here: https://paacolorado.org/gala/.
In addition to performing about 25 minutes of material during the course of the evening, student performers will represent the best of PAA by supporting the program during the event. This includes assisting with check-in, seating, photos, the silent auction before performances begin, events during the program, and the performances throughout the evening.
For those performers also interested in our fall pre-professional show, GALA rehearsals will be held before Into the Woods rehearsals, so please note there is no conflict. There is also no rehearsal the Sunday of Labor Day weekend. Not everyone will be called to every rehearsal – please submit any conflicts with your video auditions.
No conflicts allowed on Friday, October 2nd or the day of the Gala, October 3rd.

Sunday, August 30th, 12:00 pm – 3:00 pm
Sunday, September 13, 12:00 pm – 3:00 pm
Sunday, September 20, 12:00 pm – 3:00 pm
Sunday, September 27, 12:00 pm – 3:00 pm
Dress Rehearsal – (Denver Marriott South/Park Meadows – 10345 Park Meadows Drive in Lone Tree)
Friday, October 2, 5:00 pm – 9;00 pm
Call – (Denver Marriott South/Park Meadows )Final Dress/sound check/prep. We will feed performers.
Saturday, October 4, 1:00 pm – 9:30 pm
AUDITIONS:
Initial auditions will be held by video. We are looking for approximately 32 bars (30 sec – 1 min) of any song. Please slate before the performance, introducing yourself and what you are singing.

Videos are due by 5:00 pm on Friday, August 21.
When you submit your audition video, please note any rehearsal schedule conflicts in your email. We are looking for approximately 20 – 25 performers, 7th grade and up (alumni are welcome to audition as well!)
