Barnyard Moosical
This exciting 20-minute musical is specially designed for our youngest campers, setting them up for a fun, artistic adventure where they learn through applied creativity.
This camp is a one-week, half-day camp. Campers will need to bring a snack and water bottle each day.
Each day includes acting, singing, dance/movement, and snack time (students bring a snack). The week ends with a performance for friends and family!
Audition Information
Upon enrollment, every student has a place in the cast. Auditions will take place on the first day of camp to allow the teaching artists to find the best role for each student.
Auditions are structured to provide a supportive atmosphere where students are encouraged to be brave and show the artistic team engagement, willingness to learn, and a positive, collaborative spirit. No previous experience is needed.
Show Description:
A Barnyard Moosical is a laugh-out-loud adventure set on a not-so-ordinary farm where the animals have big personalities and even bigger talents! Meet the gourmet goats who turn their noses up at garbage, a chorus line of tap-dancing cows, some exceptionally tidy pigs, and a flock of funky, high-energy chickens who love to dance. Together, this lively bunch brings the barnyard to life with humor, heart, and toe-tapping tunes that celebrate individuality and teamwork.
We were able to secure the rights to make a video recording of this production. DVDs and BluRays will be available to purchase after the show.
