Studio 1

Spring Studio

Grades (K – 2nd)

Children in this studio use creative discovery and imaginative play as they explore dramatic expression in the forms of dance, acting and music. Theatrical skills are learned through age-appropriate theatre stories and scripts, and the skills are applied in fun practice sessions.

At the end of the Studio class sessions, there is an opportunity for the children to share what they have learned with friends and family.

Children who are grades 2 and above have the opportunity to participate in a fully-staged and produced show in the Spring Studios, the Studio 2 & 3 Production, which is for grades 2-12. The older students act as mentors and guides for the younger students, providing opportunity for leadership and friendships between different ages.
